Lilyan Shaba, RCIC – Executive Director

Ms. Lilyan Shaba is a Full Member in Good Standing of College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
Ms. Shaba was appointed by The Attorney General of the province of Ontario as a Commissioner of Oath for all sworn affidavits for Immigration and Refugee Protection Act Matters.
Ms. Shaba worked for many government agencies: Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and Canada Border Services Agency.
Ms. Shaba is an executive director of Smart Migration Services an Immigration Consulting Firm. She welcomes all the newcomers of Immigrants,Refugees and individuals who need Consultation,Applying from abroad or from within to Immigrate to Canada under one of the Citizenship and Immigration Programs.
